The Elizabeth Bradley K - Koala Kit is one of 26 delightful land and sea animal designs created to teach the alphabet to our youngest stitchers. This little marsupial’s name is thought to originate from the Australian Aboriginal language Dharug, translating to “no drink” or “no water”—koalas actually get most of their water intake from eucalyptus leaves!

I bought 4 small tapestries. The H was as a present as my daughter is moving house on Tuesday. The K the I and the Z are for a birthday present as the 3 letters make up her name. I hope that she will enjoy doing them and they will not be too big.
I have just finished this design and it was great fun to do, small and easy! I will be stitching all the letters for my children. The colours were very easy to see and it only took me one week to do.
I loved working this design. It’s small, fun and easy to do. Working my way through one of the Bell Pulls, which I love, it was really nice to just start and finish quite quickly, the Koala picture. Recommend.
