Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy:

Elizabeth Bradley Design endeavors to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please contact Customer Services in the first instance on +44 (0)1865 339 050. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Methods of Payment:

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Personal cheques made payable to Elizabeth Bradley Design Ltd.

Prices and errors:

All prices are effective January 1st, 2019. Elizabeth Bradley Design Ltd reserves the right to correct any typographical errors and all prices are subject to change without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes at the time your order is placed or received. Please note, Elizabeth Bradley Insider Rewards points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers, sales, or discounts.

Background Wool Exchange:

We are happy to change the colour of background wool within a kit purchased from Elizabeth Bradley Design free of charge. The background wool must still be enclosed in the original tamper-proof packaging with the seal in tact.
