Yes. All reward points accumulated within your account expire after two years of inactivity. Your account only requires one purchase per year to remain active.
If you’ve mistakenly redeemed your points, please contact customer support here and we will handle refunding the points back into your account for future use.
You should receive a coupon code to the email associated with your account shortly after redeeming your reward. Enter the coupon code at checkout using the discount code section.
