We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom on all orders.

For international destinations, rates are based on order value and location.

Tracking information will be provided on all orders sent via courier delivery.

• Europe & ROW: Delivery times vary by destination but on average 2-5 working days. 
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Please allow 1–2 working days for dispatch.

• Courier - £15 for orders £20 and over

All Other European Countries

Duties and Taxes

All duties, taxes and import fees are fully covered by Elizabeth Bradley. The price you pay at checkout is the final cost of your order - you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. 

Merchandise Availability:

We make every effort to keep our products in-stock at all times. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may encounter out-of-stock issues. If you should order a product that is out of stock, we will notify you immediately by telephone or email advising you on the anticipated ready date.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy:

Elizabeth Bradley Design endeavours to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please submit a return request below or contact Customer Services in the first instance on +44 (0)1865 339 050. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from Elizabeth Bradley Design and copy the six-digit verification code.
3. Go back to the Elizabeth Bradley website, and then enter your six-digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you would like to submit a return request for.
5. If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) that you would like to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for customer service.
7. Click Request return.
