How do I return my purchase?

Elizabeth Bradley Design strives to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please click here to start a return. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Design within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs are non-refundable. Gift cards and products purchased under special offers and promotions are non-refundable or returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Is it possible to exchange the background color?

Yes! Many of our kits are available in a variety of background colours. Download and fill out our background wool exchange form. Send your background wool in its original packaging with the seal intact, along with the background wool exchange form to:

Can I place an order over the telephone?

Yes. Simply contact the global customer service department Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4:00pm GMT at +44 (0)1865 339 050, or email details to ebd@elizabethbradley.com.

If you call outside of normal business hours, please include your telephone number as we will need to contact you to take payment. Please do not send any card details via email.

How will payment be taken?

When you make a purchase, you will automatically be charged in your local currency based on your location. This ensures a seamless shopping experience, no matter where you are in the world.

How soon will I receive my kit?

All in-stock items are shipped within three business days of receiving your order. All items that are out-of-stock can take up to 1-2 months to receive.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs apply and will be added at checkout.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use major carriers including DHL, Parcel Force and DPD.

What is included in my tapestry kit?

Each kit comes with everything you need to complete your project. Please refer to the kit contents tab on the product page for a detailed list of what comes in your kit or read our blog post for a look inside an Elizabeth Bradley kit.

What is the hole count?

Elizabeth Bradley canvases are 10 holes to the inch. Kirk & Bradley for Elizabeth Bradley and Needlepoint To Go canvases are 12 holes to the inch.

What type of canvas is it?

All Elizabeth Bradley designs are printed on interlock canvas. All Kirk & Bradley for Elizabeth Bradley and Needlepoint To Go designs are printed on mono canvas.

What stitch do I use on Elizabeth Bradley canvases?

We recommend the Victorian Cross Stitch for all Elizabeth Bradley canvases. Please refer to the following link for instructions and a video on this stitch. 

What stitch do I use on Kirk & Bradley for Elizabeth Bradley canvases?

We recommend basketweave or continental stitch for all Kirk & Bradley canvases. Please refer to the following link for instructions and a video on these stitches.

What stitch do I use on Needlepoint To Go canvases?

We recommend basketweave or continental stitch for all Needlepoint To Go canvases.  Please refer to the following link for instructions and a video on these stitches.

What happens if I run short of wool?

If you experience a shortage of wool, please contact our customer service team at ebd@elizabethbradley.com for further instructions.

Can I purchase the printed chart or printed canvas on its own?

We are unable to sell chart cards or printed canvas separately from our kits. However, some of our designs are available as charts in Elizabeth Bradley’s three books

How do I clean my canvas?

We do not recommend cleaning your canvas unless absolutely necessary. If you must clean it, we suggest using Bissell foam upholstery cleaner. Spray a small amount of the foam on an inconspicuous area first to test it. If safe, spray the finished piece with the foam and gently dub it in. Let it dry for the recommended period, then lightly vacuum it off.

Can you order a custom canvas?

We do not offer custom/bespoke designs at this time.

How do I join my pieces?

Our Master Joining Class will walk you through everything you need to know to join your pieces together. The class includes a video, written instructions, and practice materials.

Do I need a frame?

It is not necessary to use a frame due to the recommended stitch and strength of our canvas.

What is the size?

The size of our designs varies depending on the series. The size of the particular series or design will be given in inches and shown on the related web page. The size given is the design size, not the canvas size.
