Returns
We offer free, 60-day returns.
Elizabeth Bradley Design endeavours to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please submit a return request below or contact Customer Services in the first instance on +44 (0)1865 339 050. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Poorest printing of any piece I have ever received. Several blank areas. I ordered the white background and they sent blue thread but white design and thread chart.
Sunflower Mini Kit
I love the beautiful Sunflower design. I love Sunflowers and Hibiscus. I have already purchased both. Started the Sunflower and it is just perfect. This one is for ME.....I have a sunflower room and will add it framed to my other sunflowers....you won't be disappointed....beautiful well marked canvas, beautiful colored wool yarn and it makes up beautiful.....I keep coming back I have already purchased 9 of them. I have a long "bucket list of more to purchase".
