We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I have only been doing this craft for a short time. This is, I believe, my 4th kit. It did take awhile to understand the stitch, but thanks to the excellent instructions I was soon able to feel confident. The canvas is plainly marked and easy to follow, as is the diagram that accompanies each kit. The wool is soft and beautifully colored and a pleasure to work with. The results are something to be proud of (even after much tearing out!) and each new project is a new experience. As a shopper in the USA, let me assure others that the kits arrive often in less than a week, speedier than many domestic shops. I have only had one experience where the package was held up in customs for a few extra days, but all arrive beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. I am so happy I have found this company, and look forward to many more projects.
