We offer free, 60-day returns.
Elizabeth Bradley Design endeavours to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please submit a return request below or contact Customer Services in the first instance on +44 (0)1865 339 050. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I received this as a gift. It was one of the only Elizabeth Bradley products I had never purchased. I was amazed at how much I needed it. My kits fit neatly inside and I can carry this wherever I need- whether it's to the family room when I'm watching TV with my husband, or if I'm taking it to oncology for my infusion. And I always have my scissors & tweezers with me- no more hunting for them!

The bag is substantial and large enough to hold the wool and canvas for the Repeating Leaves pillow shown in Decorative Victorian Needlework. I am very pleased with it.
