We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. I was interested in trying needlepoint and this was a great first starter kit. It is the perfect small size to start and able to complete fairly quickly.
