Elizabeth Bradley Design endeavors to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please submit a return request below or contact Customer Services in the first instance on +44 (0)1865 339 050. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable.
Once again I have had an excellent experience ordering from Elizabeth Bradley. The yarn was a perfect match and was delivered promptly. I have used one kit from the company (The Rainbow Trout) and have since painted and stitched a Brown, Lake and Brook Trout so that I can make a rug from the four canvases. I am new to painting my own canvases, so I have relied on the excellent matching and delivery many times. I plan to order the Master Joining video in a few weeks. I am completing the last background now.
