I’ve done lots of Elizabeth Bradley designs over the years. Asplenium is my 4th canvas since the pandemic and they just get better and better. The new precise printing on the canvas makes it easier than ever to follow and as always the quality of the wool is excellent.

Rich looking stitches

My first time doing Victorian Cross Stitch. But I am really enjoying it. This will wind up on top of an antique stool. I am thrilled with the thick feel of the finished stitches. It ought to survive on this stool for another 100 plus years!

Handsome design, striking a nice balance between traditional botanical illustration and modern graphic sensibility. Surprising that this can be achieved with so few colors. As always, the details are perfect, from the packaging and colour code card to the chart, which seems even more accurately printed than usual. Great design.
