We offer free, 60-day returns.
Elizabeth Bradley Design endeavours to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please submit a return request below or contact Customer Services in the first instance on +44 (0)1865 339 050. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Perfect size for toting my needlepoint projects.
I purchased the medium horizontal logo bag to keep my needlepoint project organized. I especially love it for travel. I also purchased two of the Elizabeth Bradley magnets. One to hold my needles threaded with tapestry yarn and a larger one to hold my crane scissors.
My original logo bag of two years, began to crack at the seams, I bought a new one and love it.
