We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I have been waiting to get this kit since it was released and finally got it several weeks ago. I am so glad I did, the colours are amazing, the usual fabulous quality from EB. I can’t wait to start it, just need to finish off my EB Poinsettia

My great blue heron kit cane complete with vibrant wool thread and a beautiful painted canvas. I appreciated that it also came with the stitch guide and video tutorial. I have not stitched Victorian cross before and the tutorial made it easy to get started.
This is a sumptuous needlepoint - quite engrossing and fun to do. Loved the presentation kit - fabric bag to store work in progress, yarns on colour card for ease of matching, and even the box itself. The design is engaging/challenging and I have spent many happy hours on it so far (accompanied by audio books). I look forward to its completion and then I might have to get its companion kit in the other colourway. Just love it (and by the way, international shipping to Canada took only 3 days)!
