We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. I contacted EB with an ancient colour reference, and they not only correctly identified the old colour, but were also able to provide a replacement hank quickly and efficiently.
