We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. I had been completing my tapestry for a number of years and realised I was running out of one colour. The people from Elizabeth Bradley were really helpful. They answered my query about which colour wool corresponded to my wool card making it easy for me to order more wool in the correct shade of green. The wool also arrived really quickly.
