It’s a perfect title . Wreath is exactly what it is.

I saw the wreath of roses on the cover of the first tapestry I did. I decided then that it would be the next tapestry I’d do. It’s taken me a while. With looking after my granddaughter and moving house but I’ve got there. I can’t wait to get stuck into it. It’s a lovely tapestry. As are all the others.

Why did I wait so long?

I've loved this design since it was first on the cover of Book 1, and for one reason and another I put off working it. I should not have waited! It is lovely to work and handsome to live with. I made the background in wide stripes of Cream and Duck Egg, and the strong wreath shows against that. Don't wait to make one of your own. Do consider variable backgrounds. I always work from the chart rather than the painted side, and this chart is excellent, as ever.
