I ordered a different background color for my needlepoint kit than the one that I originally ordered. EB was great at sending the new wool out right away. Love the color I selected from the selection of all wools in their booklet.
I wanted to buy some dark red background wool to match some much older wool which I was using in one of my projects. Romy at Elizabeth Bradley went the extra mile to make sure that the dye lot of the new wool was as close as possible to my older wool. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Thank you so much.
