A native of South America the Nasturtium was brought to Europe by the Spanish in the 16th century. Coming in many shades of yellows, oranges and reds this trailing beauty, often overlooked, symbolises patriotism, love, loyalty, strength and purity. They are edible too, peppery and fragrant hey have become a favourite addition to salads.

More than anything else it's the rich traditional look of Elizabeth Bradley's realistic botanical designs that attracts me to this company's kits. The high quality yarn, chart and perfectly printed canvas are all bonuses. The new Nasturtium kit delivers all the old-world charm of its siblings with a rich warm palette of toned reds and oranges. I'm both relieved and happy that EB's new trend of offering "modern" geometric designs hasn't prevented them from also adding more gorgeous botanical patterns to the portfolio. Some of us will never tire of flowers. :)

I knew as soon as I saw Nasturtiums that Elizabeth Bradley had another winner, a beautiful kit as always they get better and better, and the same superb quality.
Love this new kit, another winner from Elizabeth Bradley! Kit is beautiful and was shipped very quickly. Can’t wait to start stitching this one.
I could not start working on the Nasturtium canvas until about 10 days ago - the colours are so lovely and the canvas is so clearly marked out that although I have referred to the chart it was usually just to confirm what I was doing was correct!!! It will be a beautiful cushion!!
