We offer free, 60-day returns.

We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I had to buy one skein to complete my hydrangea. I lost the canvas and the background that was completed early on, and have had to gradually replace the parts. All i had to work with was a color photo copy that I had made since I lost that working picture. Maybe I should put ID on my take-along WIPs . This has not been a fun stitch since that loss. But..on to the next one soon.
Once again, I needed additional wool for a border, and received it in less than a week. EB is so reliable!
