Returns
We offer free, 60-day returns.
Elizabeth Bradley Design endeavours to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please submit a return request below or contact Customer Services in the first instance on +44 (0)1865 339 050. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
It is wonderful to be able to see the full collection and how many options are available in each colourway. Whilst the pictures on the website are really good, it’s a huge advantage to have real samples.
I invested in the wool shade book as I'd like to work some patterns from charts, rather than kits. I'm sure this book will help me identify the correct yarns to order for various charts. If nothing else, it's a pleasure to look at!

I’ve had the original 154 color wool book for years, and always found it helpful. This newer version with an expanded range over 350 colors is absolutely liberating! I am able to match most any color, and am taking on projects that I couldn’t do before!
