Returns
We offer free, 60-day returns.
Elizabeth Bradley Design endeavours to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please submit a return request below or contact Customer Services in the first instance on +44 (0)1865 339 050. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Excellent service and fast delivery
I tend to stick to the same background colors for kits. So, as a way of branching out, I bought small cards of two colors I was interested in so that I could stitch a sample. Love it! I really got a better sense of what that color will look like. I'm branching out!

Finally found the right shade of green to complete my tapestry of a Tabby Cat and Bluebells, there are 6 shades of green on it, so I hope now to be able to complete it this March/April
