We offer free, 60-day returns.

We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Asked how much wool to complete my attempt at finishing a rug. Great job of getting me what I needed.
I ordered the wool because I needed to finish the shady plants 6 panel piece The reason being that I mistakenly stitched all 4 corners stitching in the same direction so had to 2 again.I have now stitched all 6 pieces plus the borders but have just one more row of stitching round the whole piece.That I will do after Christmas when I have ordered some more cards of green.I started it 2 years ago november 2019 and the whole thing will hopefully be finished by the end of January.
