Returns
We offer free, 60-day returns.
Elizabeth Bradley Design endeavours to ensure that you receive the highest standard and quality of products and services at all times, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please submit a return request below or contact Customer Services in the first instance on +44 (0)1865 339 050. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. Postage costs and Gift Cards are non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I wanted to finish a tapestry kit started by my late mother in her nineties. The provided wool was lost and as there are no shops in Sheffield selling tapestry wool I searched on line. I was impressed with the web site and managed to match colours with a few false starts. The response was prompt and accurate. I realise the high price one pays is for quality of product and service
I decided to redo a piece from the Shade Garden. It was the first Elizabeth Bradley needlepoint I had done. It looks fine, but after doing a couple more I was not happy with the stitching in the first piece. I had saved all the components, including extra yarn. I ordered the needlepoint canvas from EB as well as additional yarn. I reordered different colors three times and each time the wool came promptly, shipping has been included. The turnaround time has been superb, my little orders have been delivered to my door and each one has been perfect. Thank you EB. You have helped me get thru Covid, and a recent move from a large home to a much smaller one. My time relaxing and doing my needlepoint has been invaluable to my mental health. Congrats on a great product. I will be a fan forever.
