We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Elizabeth Bradley Designs within 60 days of purchase. We require that the product is returned unused and packaged in its original condition. First time of doing EB tapestry love it the service is great and excellent delivery time. I am planning on doing cherries 🍒 one next as this one has been great as I have had to rest my ankle. I strongly recommend the wool organiser as it saves time and you know you got the right colour especially when colours are very similar
